Meet Efrain

Born and raised in southwest Texas, Efrain understands the constituents of Texas 23rd Congressional District. Efrain graduated from San Felipe High School and Sul Ross State University before dedicating 20 years of his life to public education. Efrain served as the Mayor of Del Rio, TX from 2006 to 2010 and as Val Verde County Judge from 2015 to 2018.
